About Osaka Castle Today

Osaka Castle Today answers one question: how long will you wait at Osaka Castle right now? We estimate the ticket window and elevator lines from the day of the week, the season, public holidays and the weather. We're adding our own counts from the castle as we go.

We also keep the basics accurate: opening hours, prices and closed days, with the date we last checked them.

Osaka Castle Today is independent. It is not run by or affiliated with Osaka Castle Main Tower or the City of Osaka.

Who runs it

Kyo Fujioka, based in Kyoto. I've worked in digital marketing in Japan for about 15 years.
